PARTY PARTY PARTY...on thursday night at bowling city. it is kyrans birthday party. this place, bowling city is a good for bowling, billiards, arcade etc etc..it is at a place called al mariah cinema. the party was at 7:00, it was a fixed time as it was organised by a couple of my friends. it was supposed to be a surprise party but i think some time along the way,i think kyran already knew. they planned a special package which consists of 2 hours of either bowling or billards, it also includes food and drinks. it all costs 25 dhs. its not bad. the bill came up to 400 dhs. there were 16 of us and out of 16 only 12 came. what a waste of money. it doesn't matter to them as teh y got tons of money ( i really mean tons).
i am supposed to meet them at mc donalds in teh cinema at 7:00. i left at around 6:30..i reached at around 6:45 to find otu they weren't at mc donalds..i called and checked. they went up, so i decided to go up as well. the crappiest thing about almariah cinema is that they only have escalators going up to teh second floor out of like 5 so i used teh stairs. in the end it was on the 5th floor. the stairs never seemed to end. oh well i mat them at teh top. i also met my drum sir, who teaches me drums at teh royal music arts place. well tehn after that i met my friends, as usually teh emirati guy was smoking, i mean he is 16 for pete's sake..16!!!. and he is in my class the 8th..any how we started bowling at around 7:10..i also found out that a good ball for me is not 11 but 14.. let me explain
well we started bowling..they provided us with 2 lanes..we started playing and i was player 4..so anyway during the game, like after 5 bowls...the guys girlfriends came and so they all went to play pool...so well we started a new game this time i was player no. one....since my friend i selfish he held on to the 11 ball and so i used a 14 and guess what a strike..i thought luck..any how next turn another strike..then i was telling myself maybe more luck but then i got a spare and tehn again another strike..so then after that i kept using the pink 14 ball and i been getting more strikes then ever before..so i think a 14 is good weight for my hand.....
anyway after bowling we went to eat in teh cafe they have..its not a bad cafe but the food was ok..we all thought that they would have actuall pizzas but they had teh mini ones..they were not too bad because well tehy were cold...they also served french fries and sandwhiches..it would have been much better if it were served hot. any how they served drinks and then they did something cool...first they gave teh birthday boy a cirtificate saying that happy birth and that he is the best bowler (not)...after that they took pictures of teh whole group and sent it to us..that was cool.
after the picture taking we went outside and we were alowwed to play one more game of bowling..not many of us played..only 5 players...during the play we met an old friend of ours..Jack...this guy got expelled from our school...well after tonight and all the other days he spent in our school i can see why...tonight for one thing he was smoking a pipe..yea a pipe...he is my age...13...13!!!.....anyway he played with us for sometime and then went some where else...after the game some of the guys went to the karoke room..i could have gone but it was late and i had to go home since i had a busy next day...anyhow..i'll be writing more posts later so remeber to comment...oh and i also want to become the best commetator in the world..
